Junior Business Development Analyst

We are immediately seeking a Buenos Aires based Junior Business Development Analyst on a new initiative in support of our global network. This role will report directly to the Global Lead Generation Team. Your sales efforts will help build customer value and drive new business. Activities involve prospecting, lead qualification, and participating in industry networking events to build overall sales pipelines.

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, social selling, and networking
  • Uncover interested prospects/decision-makers in key verticals to initiate the sales process
  • Work with team lead to establish individual quarterly goals based upon overarching Business Development team goals
  • Develop, maintain, and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline
  • Maintain a high level of Kin + Carta network expertise and competitive intelligence, becoming an expert on customer experience and emerging technology
  • Work closely with your New Business team to develop strategy surrounding targeted industries and territories
  • Support and execute sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals
  • Submit accurate and complete information in the company database and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges
